I attended the @OracleReading Fashion Week event on Friday and Saturday. The VIP shindig (on Friday) was AWESOMELY AWESOME! I was greeted by three lovely ladies holding trays of Champagne, croissants and meringues (courtesy of Browns). Food heaven!
After having a little chinwag with two extremely stylish ladies, Michaela Tegg and Fiona Blake the first catwalk show (of the week) began. Here's some of my favourite looks from show A and B.
Pastels
Fashions from Zara
Urban Cool
Fashions from Republic and Bank
Neutral Style
Fashions from Reiss
Festival Fix
Fashions from Gap
Garden Party
Fashions from Oasis
The Heat Is On
Fashions from Mango
50's Remix
Fashions from Debenhams
Pretty Young Things
Fashions from Dorothy Perkins
Global Traveller
Fashions from Hobbs
Mish Mash Clash
Fashions from Topshop
Both shows were upbeat, quirky and entertaining. The music was FAB and there was a bit of eye candy on the catwalk for the ladies (ooh la la).
After the show I headed upstairs to watch the Lunch Time Fashion Fix where two of the catwalk models demonstrated how to JAZZ up a plan/boring outfit with a colourful top
and accessories.
Two of my friends had a FREE colour analysis from the lovely Emmeline. Check out her fabulous fashion biz HERE.
I took a tour around the Oracle shopping centre (after the Lunch Time Fashion Fix) and came accross two STUNNING fashion themed displays. I wanted the pink flamingo for my bedroom. I didn't get it. :(
Shhhhhhhhhh! I had a sneak peek backstage too.
I just wanna say a MAHOOSIVE thank you to the Oracle Reading and Danesha for organising a FANTASTIC fashion event. I can't wait for the next one.
